When you hire Lake Tahoe Construction Services, you will be taken care of by the Fiorane Family.  We are a South Lake Tahoe based,  family-owned and operated business. Chris Fiorane is the General Manager and is a second-generation General Contractor. 

Chris grew up working under his Dad, Ken Fiorane, who ran his own General Contracting business for over 30 years. After working under his Dad, Chris broke off and started his own General Contracting business, specializing in Remodel and Fire Damage, Water Damage, and Mold Restoration in Southern California.

One of Chris's favorite whole house remodels is when his Dad and he partnered on a beautiful mid-century modern home in Palm Springs, which was once owned by John Wayne. You will see the pictures of this home in our Gallery. It wasn't too long after this project that Chris's Dad asked if he would be interested in moving to Tahoe and working together again. Ken was ready to start to downsize his role in the General Contracting business he had built in the Lake Tahoe area.

Ken still plays a vital role in Lake Tahoe Construction Services today. All of our Customers benefit from Ken's 30+ years of General Contracting experience, and Chris's second-generation General Contracting knowledge and skills. Chris takes the lead and is the contact for the majority of our customers.  Other family members run the office and are in the field, along with other employees. As a family, we pride ourselves on partnering with and taking care of our customers, top-notch customer service is our focus.
